How quickly can I get set up?

Most SIP trunking and forwarding services are live within minutes of signing up. Number porting from your current carrier typically takes 1–3 business days, and we handle all the paperwork.

Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

Yes — we port numbers from any Canadian or US carrier at no extra charge. The process is guided through your dashboard and typically completes in 1–3 business days.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts, ever. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business every month.

What happens if my internet goes down?

Your calls automatically failover to backup destinations you configure — mobile phones, backup offices, or alternate SIP endpoints. Dual-carrier redundancy is built in.

Do I need special equipment?

SIP trunking works with any SIP-compatible PBX. Number forwarding and cloud fax require no equipment at all — just a browser.
